RJ obtained a degree in political science and economics from the University at Buffalo and his law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School.While in law school, Richard competed on, and later was an assistant coach of, the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Team. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is responsible for civil litigation including insurance defense, automobile negligence, premises liability, and no-fault. He has tried numerous cases to verdict across New York State and has also argued successfully at the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. Richard is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
