Jeannette C. Chin obtained her law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law (UB). She has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2024. While at UB, Ms. Chin completed internships with the Hon. Henry J. Nowak J.S.C. at the New York Supreme Court, 8th Judicial District, the Appeals and Post-Conviction Unit at Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, and the Hon. Tracey A. Bannister, J.S.C. of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chin was an associate at a robust workers’ compensation insurance defense practice.

Jeannette is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
