Michael T. Hagelin graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1977 and is a 1980 graduate from Pace University School of Law. While at Pace. Mr. Hagelin helped redraft the Federal Administrative Procedure Act for the U.S. Congress. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the United States District Court, Western District of New York.


Sean M. Spencer, Esq.

Sean M. Spencer graduated from Trinity College with a double major in History and English in 1999. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law where he was a member of the Thomas Moore Society.


Keith D. Miller, Esq.

Keith D. Miller graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1989 and is a 1992 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Western and Northern Districts of the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court.


Daniel D. Dubnicki, Esq.

Daniel Dubnicki, ESQ. received his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2012. During law school, he clerked for both a Family Court Judge and a City Court Judge, as well as a solo practitioner in the area of Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Mr. Dubnicki is admitted to practice in New York State. His practice areas include insurance defense, automobile negligence, personal injury, and estate matters.


John H. Hagelin, Esq.

John H. Hagelin graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1986. He holds a B.A. in history from S.U.N.Y. Buffalo where he graduated in 1983. Mr. Hagelin is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.


 

Megan F. Organek, Esq.

Megan practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil liability litigation. Prior to joining Hagelin Kent, she graduated from Stony Brook University, cum laude, with a double major in Political Science and Cinema & Cultural Studies.


 

Amanda R. Webber, Esq.

AMANDA R. WEBBER practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, negligence, general liability, personal injury, and appeals. Amanda graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Oswego as a political science major and cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School. Amanda was a publications editor on the Buffalo Law Review, competed in the school’s Jessup International Moot Court Team, and was selected as a member of The Order of Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy.


 

Matthew D. Pfalzer, Esq.

Matthew D. Pfalzer practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation, civil liability litigation, and commercial litigation. He also maintains a sports law practice in which he represents and advises professional and amateur athletes.


 

William M. Swift, Esq.

William M. Swift practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil liability litigation.  He is licensed to practice law in New York and in New Jersey.
